Cotton & Canvas Bags Customisation Parameters
Customisation of bags can be executed according to the exact specifications of our clients on the following key parameters:
- Size of the Bags: Custom width, length, and gusset configurations
- Colour of the Bags: Body & gusset matching Pantone standards
- Dimensions & Shape: Flat totes, box bags, T-bottom, drawstring shapes
- Design of the Bags: Silk screen printed, rotary, or embroidered
- Choice of Fabrics: Cotton (4oz-10oz), Canvas (10oz-24oz), Jute, Linen
- Type of Handle Required: Self fabric, cotton webbing, rope, or leather
General Commercial Information
Sampling Lead Time
7 – 10 working days after formal confirmation and artwork approval.
Sampling Cost
$50 per sampling order against express international courier delivery charges only.
Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
We accept a minimum order quantity of 2,000 pieces per style/design.
Artwork Specifications
Artworks must be sent in CorelDraw, Vector AI, EPS, or high-res vector PDF format.
Shipping Ports & Pricing
Prices are quoted in US Dollars / Piece, FOB Kolkata or FOB Mumbai. Prices do not include destination import duties or taxes.
Optional Additional Charges
Individual poly packing: USD 0.06 / Pc
Hanging barcode/hangtag attachment: USD 0.05 / Pc
Packing Specifications
- Standard Carton Sizes: 45 × 45 × 25 cm and 55 × 55 × 37 cm (heavy-duty 7-ply export grade corrugated cardboard).
- Carton Capacity: 50 to 100 bags packed per corrugated cardboard box depending on fabric weight and bulk dimensions.
- Container Load (1 FCL): A full 20ft/40ft container accommodates between 25,000 to 80,000 bags depending on bag volume and carton stacking.
Payment Terms (Wire Transfer / TT)
Delivery Schedule
Standard manufacturing delivery timeframe is within 6 to 12 weeks after sample approval and receipt of initial commercial deposit, depending on the total ordered quantity and custom fabric dyeing lead times.
